planna is made by a small team in Cape Town. When you write to us, one of us reads it.
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you are writing about a specific vendor conversation, a quote or a booking, include the vendor's name and the date so we can find it quickly.
What to expect
We answer every message. We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, South African time, and we will tell you if something needs longer.
Reporting abuse or unsafe content
Reports of abuse, harassment or unsafe content are treated differently. We act on those within 24 hours, and we will remove content, restrict an account or unpublish a listing where it is warranted.
You can also report or block from inside the app: long-press a message, or use the menu on a vendor listing, a review or a conversation.
Your account and your data
You can close your account from Settings inside the app. Access ends immediately, and after 60 days everything is permanently deleted.
If you would rather have a copy of your information first, or you want to exercise any other right you hold under POPIA, write to the Information Officer at [email protected] and we will handle it.
