Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and the early-access list. They are short, because right now this site does one thing: it tells you what planna will be, and it holds your place.
1. Who we are
planna is operated by Plan Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/417875/07, South Africa (registered address available from our Information Officer on request via [email protected]). Reach us at [email protected].
2. What this site is
planna.co.za describes a wedding-planning app we are building for South Africa, and lets you join the list to be invited when it opens. Nothing is for sale here. You cannot buy anything, subscribe to anything, or pay us anything on this website.
3. What we describe is not yet a promise
The features, plans and prices shown on this site describe what we intend to launch. They are indicative, they are not on sale, and they may change before release — including what is free, what is paid, and what anything costs. Whatever is true at launch will be set out in the app's own terms and shown to you before you pay for anything. If a price changes between now and then, nobody has lost anything, because nobody has bought anything.
4. Joining the early-access list
- Joining is free, and it is a request rather than an agreement. It does not guarantee you a place, access by any particular date, or any particular price.
- One exception to that: where we advertise a specific early-access benefit — such as early-bird pricing or a free period of planna Pro — we will honour it, as described at the time you joined, for the people it was offered to, when the app launches.
- We may invite people in stages, close the list, or change how early access works.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Vendors and planners join by invitation. Sending us your business details is an application, not an approval, and we may decline without giving reasons.
- You can leave at any time — email [email protected] and we will remove you.
5. What we ask of you
Give us accurate details, and only details you are entitled to give — your own, or your business's. Do not submit anyone else's personal information through these forms. Do not use the forms to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site. We may remove an entry or block access if you do.
6. Our content
The planna name, logo, copy, design and imagery on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read, link to and share these pages. Do not copy them for a competing product or present them as your own. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify it and we will look into it promptly.
7. Availability, and what we are responsible for
This is an information site, provided as it stands. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or take down any part of it.
We are responsible for loss we actually cause you through this website, and for anything the law does not let us exclude. Because nothing is sold here and no service is being delivered to you yet, our liability arising from this website is limited to R1 000. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or POPIA, or excludes our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury.
8. Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect when you join the list, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as planna moves toward launch. The version and date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site means the updated version applies.
10. Law, and complaints
These terms are governed by South African law. If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first — we would rather sort it out directly, and we will respond within 30 days. If that does not resolve it, the courts of the Western Cape Division, Cape Town, have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach the National Consumer Commission, or the Information Regulator on a privacy matter.
11. Contact
[email protected] for anything about planna, or [email protected] for anything about your data.
